Lytha
Nicholson is qualified, experienced and energetic. She
listens and serves her clients with the utmost level
of service and integrity. She began as a real estate
professional in 1973 and has focused her career in
residential resort areas. From the Finger Lakes of New
York to the Islands of Southwest Florida, she has
found an enthusiasm in her environments and enjoys
being a catalyst for that experience.
Also an accomplished artist, originally from Michigan, she has studied art at the University of Michigan, Minneapolis College of Art and Design, Florida Gulf Coast University and in Giverney, France. She is an avid painter with artwork in galleries and private collections from Minnesota to Florida.
She is a grandmother; having four sons and now treasures her grandsons. Purchasing a cabin in the area a few years ago, Lytha now calls Blue Ridge home. “North Georgia has been a wonderful vacation spot for my family. We enjoy the activities that the lakes, rivers and mountains of this area have to offer. It is a joy to share this lifestyle with my clients and share the wonder of the Blue Ridge Experience!”
